Position Overview
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales plans to meet and exceed regional targets and expand market presence.
• Recruit, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Representatives to ensure high performance.
• Build and maintain strong ties with key clients, contractors, developers, architects, and engineers.
• Conduct research to identify new opportunities, trends, and the competitive landscape in the region.
• Oversee logistics, order fulfillment, and collections in coordination with the Cebu head office.
• Prepare sales forecasts and performance presentations for senior management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years in sales management, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
• Strong track record in hitting targets and proficiency in CRM systems (Odoo experience is a plus).
