The Sales Manager is responsible for training our Outside Sales and Kitchen & Bath Design teams as well as assisting in growing sales and assist customers and contractors with any lumber or design project needs. Home base office will be at our Central Office in Batesville, IN. 

Essential Functions:

+ Provide excellent customer service to our team members, customers and vendors.

+ Actively meet with sales and designer representatives to see if they need any help on projects they are working on. Make sure they have the tools and proper information to do their job.

+ Coach, train, mentor outside sales and design team.

+ Meet with customers/contractors in the field, make connections in the community, leave a good impression.
