Position Overview

Lead, train, and coach a team of Inside Sales Representatives while driving KPI achievement through regular reviews and action plans. Generate new accounts via outbound prospecting, collaborate on marketing and sales campaigns, and close deals when needed. Ensure accurate CRM records, identify process improvements, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve escalations. Prepare sales reports, analyze data for trends, and use insights for coaching and performance improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s in business or related field.
  • 2+ yrs B2B inside sales (outbound/negotiation).
  • 1+ yr people management.
  • Fluent English, neutral accent.
  • Strong coaching and conflict resolution.
  • Proficient in CRM and Google Suite.
  • Team/operations scaling experience.
