WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
The Sales Incentive Strategy & Analysis Manager is responsible for incentive strategy development and analysis for the Personal & Business Banking sales channels. This role partners with sales leaders, HR, Product and Finance to develop, execute and measure the effectiveness of sales incentive plans. This high visibility role will lead incentive modeling and impact analysis of proposed plan changes related to sales roles, scorecards, products and campaigns. The Sales Incentive Strategy & Analysis Manager is responsible for forecasting quarterly and annual incentives by sales channel. This role is responsible for identifying and evaluating performance trends and providing insights into colleague performance and plan effectiveness.
