Job Description
One of our customers is seeking a Sales Executive to sit remotely in San Antonio or Austin. This role operates in a “sell-with” capacity, partnering closely with Siemens’ key distributors (AWC, Sunsource, IES) and their outside sales reps (OSRs) to drive growth across targeted accounts. On a day-to-day basis, this person will identify and prioritize key opportunities, align with 10–15 core distributor reps, and collaboratively build account strategies focused on both net-new penetration and expansion within existing customers—most of which have strong growth potential. Responsibilities include co-selling into accounts, developing pipeline, forecasting, and driving customer conversations around automation, efficiency, and system integration, while helping position Siemens’ solutions within small to mid-sized opportunities (typically under $500K).
