Job Description: Sales Executive
Location: Chinatown
Workdays: 5-day workweek (Weekend Included)
Working Hours: 11:00 AM– 7:00 PM
Compensation: Basic Salary + Commission
Responsibilities - Perform daily duties at the retail outlet, including customer service and sales
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations
- Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively handle customer inquiries
- Assist in the authentication of watches, ensuring a thorough understanding of their legitimacy
- Assist with inventory management, stock organization and general housekeeping
- Maintain and update customer databases to track customer interactions and purchasing history
- Follow company procedures and ensure transaction accuracy
- Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the manager or supervisor
