OVER-ALL PURPOSE OF JOB
The Sales Associate in a lending company is responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting loan products, guiding applicants through the lending process, and helping the company achieve its sales targets. The role involves direct interaction with clients, both in-person and via phone, and requires a good understanding of financial products, customer service, and basic credit principles.
