Generating new leads. Meet the given target positively Handling incoming enquiries from prospective customers. Deliver scripted information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their
benefits. Understanding the requirement of the customers & explaining on product and
benefits. Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system for
