Sales Executive – FMCG / Food Industry (B2B)

Position Overview

We are looking for a Sales Executive to handle B2B sales in the Food Ingredients / FMCG sector. The role involves managing existing clients, developing new business, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow B2B customer accounts in the food/FMCG industry
  • Drive sales through new client acquisition and concept selling
  • Achieve assigned sales targets under pressure
  • Understand customer needs and offer suitable product solutions
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

  • B.Tech / M.Tech mandatory
  • 0–4 years of sales experience (Food Industry / FMCG preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
