Position Overview
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Promote and provide crane rental solutions to customers across various industries.
- Manage and service assigned customer accounts, including client liaison, site surveys, lifting plan preparation, and submission of required project documentation.
- Ensure smooth coordination of projects from enquiry stage through to job completion while maintaining high standards of customer service.
JOB DUTIES - Identify and pursue new business opportunities with both existing and prospective customers.
- Develop and expand the customer base through telemarketing, email correspondence, networking, and site visits.
- Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and customer enquiries to secure business opportunities.
