Key Responsibilities



Manage and respond to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, and other online platforms

Provide product recommendations and assist customers in choosing suitable designs

Support online sales conversion and follow up with potential customers

Process and manage online orders accurately and efficiently

Assist with product uploads, descriptions, and updates on the website or e-commerce platforms

Support online promotions, campaigns, and product launches

Handle customer feedback, exchanges, and after-sales enquiries professionally

Assist with basic sales tracking and reporting



Requirements



Diploma in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or related field

Minimum 1 year experience in online sales, customer service, or e-commerce support

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude
