Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with assigned key accounts.
- Handle day‑to‑day customer communication and follow‑ups.
- Track and manage the full sales cycle: RFQ, quotation, order, and project progress.
- Maintain sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, service, operations) to ensure smooth execution.
- Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Prepare regular updates on customer status and business progress.
- Ad‑hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma or Degree background in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
- Possess own vehicle and be willing to travel.
- Proficiency speaking Mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking customers.
