What you will do
Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain trust-based relationships with customers and internal business units.Sales Process and Operational CoordinationManage internal sales processes and respond to external customer requests (, samples, documentation, surveys). Coordinate with Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Receivables, etc to resolve issues and meet customer needs.Take full ownership of escalated sales activities, including supply resolutions, CFBs, product returns, and disputes.Key Activities includes:
