FirstMile Ventures is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to advocate for its sales teams across APAC. This role involves designing enablement programs and training for new sales processes, using data to drive improvements, and fostering trust among sales teams.

The successful candidate must have experience in sales and enablement, strong communication skills, and familiarity with CRM tools. This position will be based in Brisbane but connects with teams in New Zealand as well.
