The Sales & Ecommerce Associate supports day-to-day Walmart business management through merchant coordination, reporting support, meeting preparation, and cross-functional follow-up. This role acts as a key connector across Sales, Digital, Planning, and Operations teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manage merchant inbox triage and follow-up requests
- Support in preparation for decks, scorecards, and meeting materials for buyer calls
- Coordinate samples, merchant boards, and line review needs
- Support weekly reporting across stores and Walmart.com business
- Track promotional calendars, milestones, and customer deadlines
- Monitor item issues including pricing gaps, content suppressions, and in-stock risks
- Maintain trackers for launches, modulars, and action items
- Assist with digital site scrubs and maintenance
