The Role
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) focused on the UKI market. The SDR reports to the SDR Manager and is responsible for feeding our sales funnel by qualifying and engaging prospective Perk customers. This role offers professional development in a collaborative, high‑performing sales team.
Responsibilities
- Run outreach campaigns using phone, email and social channels.
- Qualify leads during phone calls, ensuring they meet our client criteria, engage them and schedule further consultations on the account director’s calendar.
- Understand prospect needs and articulate the value that Perk provides.
- Maintain accurate information on prospects and interaction activities in Salesforce.
- Acquire expert knowledge of Perk.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to increase awareness of Perk and improve the lead qualification process.
