Job Summary

As a pivotal member of our onboarding sales team, the Conversions Sales role is the first and most critical point of contact for our future clients. You will be responsible for converting interested leads into actively trading clients by providing an exceptional, educational, and seamless onboarding journey. This role combines salesmanship with client education and relationship building, requiring a proactive, target-driven individual passionate about finance and client success in a fast‑paced trading environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Lead Conversion & Sales Execution

• Contact and qualify inbound leads, establishing rapport and assessing eligibility for trading
