Job Purpose:
To connect with prospective clients, qualify them for a Strategy Session, and schedule consultations with the Advisor team. This role involves active listening, gathering information, and scheduling Strategy Sessions without cold calling.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction:
- Contact highly qualified prospective clients and gather necessary information for consultations.
- Schedule prospects for Strategy Sessions with the Advisor team (bonus paid based on the number of bookings).
- Actively listen to prospects, qualify them, and engage in professional conversations.
- Answer returned calls and promptly respond to all voicemail messages within 24 hours.
Data Management:
- Log all call details into Salesforce.
- Provide detailed notes from the qualifying call for Advisors to facilitate consultations.
