We are looking for a Director, Sales Development (EMEA) to lead and scale a high-performing SDR organization focused on new customer acquisition across the region.
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who knows how to build teams, coach managers and reps, and create predictable pipeline in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Channel. You will lead a team of approximately 25 SDRs and help shape the strategy, execution, and development model for one of the most critical pipeline engines in the business.
You will be expected to raise performance, build a culture of accountability and coaching, and continue developing a strong internal talent bench through clear recruiting, onboarding, enablement, and promotion pathways.
