Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer enquiries via calls and emails to provide accurate information and support Prepare detailed sales quotations and invoice billing to ensure accurate customer transactions Compile and submit sales reports and forecasts to assist management in decision-making Submit required documents such as e-invoices and tenders through various procurement platforms efficiently Coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely delivery and servicing of dispenser machines Monitor and manage customer payments to maintain up-to-date accounts receivable Maintain accurate and current customer records, pricing, and sales data for operational accuracy Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support team and business needs Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or sales coordinator roles Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment 5.5 work days
