Position Overview
Responsibilities - Handle customer enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Liaise and coordinate with the Operations department to expedite smooth and on‑time delivery.
- Provide solutions for non‑complex problems and only escalate complex problems to a superior.
- Ensure accuracy in quotation preparation, order processing and proper documentation flow to meet quotation deadlines.
- Maintain a proper filing system for easy retrieval.
Requirements - Diploma in Business or Engineering (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a sales coordinator in piping materials or a related industry.
- Strong computer literacy and advanced Excel skills (primarily using workfile).
- Attention to detail in carrying out administrative duties.
