We’re seeking a detail‑oriented and versatile Sales & Marketing Support Specialist to support our Medical division. This role blends sales operations, KPI tracking, dashboard creation, and hands‑on support of marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Sales Operations

  • Issue quotations and track order status.
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of sales orders.
  • Partner with Corporate Sales Operations to monitor order processing, sales reports, bookings, and key performance metrics.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and provide requested information or collateral.
