Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Let's be honest - most internal sales roles are either glorified order processing or chaotic firefighting.
This one sits properly in the middle… and done well, it's genuinely a commercial role.
You'll be the link between customers, external sales, and supply chain - owning the process from enquiry through to delivery. Not just taking orders, but making sure everything runs smoothly, issues get sorted quickly, and opportunities aren't missed along the way.
What you'll actually be doing
Acting as the day-to-day contact for key customers - queries, updates, problem-solving
Managing orders end-to-end (from quote through to delivery)
Working closely with external sales and supply chain to keep everything on track
Proactively keeping customers updated rather than waiting for them to chase
