Sales Coordinator - Cebu

Position Overview

  1. Handles and process orders received. Check and ensure that orders have the correct prices, discounts, product code/description.
  2. Inputting orders into the system. Ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
  3. Accurately prepares and submits correct Sales Order to concerned department for processing.
  4. Coordinates with the Sales Team all concerns and issues pertaining to the fulfillment of received sales order sales invoice including delivery schedule, mode of payment, product availability , etc.
  5. Coordinates with other department such as accounting, credit and collection and treasury and ensuring that all inter-departmental policies are observed and followed.
  6. Prepares and process necessary documents such as for pullout, return and replacement of the products from the client and return of the products in the company warehouse.
