Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative support to the team 

• Assist customers with queries, pricing, order updates and delivery information 

• Support accurate order processing, quotations and invoicing 

• Maintain customer, supplier and product records 

• Support the sales team with documents, reports and customer communication 

• Handle filing and ensure procedures are followed
