We are looking for a Sales Coordinator & Back Operations Executive to join our team in Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end sales order booking and documentation.

• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, and Delivery teams for invoice generation and sharing.

• Handle existing client accounts and ensure smooth relationship management.

• Track orders, invoices, and client requests for timely closure.

• Support backend sales operations and process improvements.

• Ensure seamless communication between clients and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience with MS Excel (data processing, reporting, tracking, and analysis)

Experience working with CRM tools and sales databases

Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
