Join Alta Material Handling in Dorval, QC as a full-time Sales Coordinator. In this role, you'll manage customer orders and ensure satisfaction while collaborating across departments.
Reporting to the Corporate Rental Manager, this position involves coordinating equipment orders, handling supplier invoices, and maintaining accurate inventory. You will serve as the primary communication point between Sales Representatives, Vendors, and customers, ensuring seamless order management and timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Order equipment from the OEM for customer requests
• Communicate order specifics with Sales Reps and Vendors
• Enter received equipment data in SILK operating system
• Create shipping documents and coordinate delivery dates
• Process customer sales invoices based on agreements
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English
• Experience in material handling preferred
