Main Functions: Reporting to the Sales Administration Manager, the Sales Coordinator – Americas is responsible for coordinating the administrative, operational, and logistical follow‑up of a portfolio of clients. Responsibilities

• Ensure daily follow‑up on customer orders to meet delivery timelines and maintain customer satisfaction
• Enter customer orders and coordinate shipments across various international regions
• Prepare and issue shipping documentation (invoices, packing lists, etc.)
• Monitor order status through reports and proactively communicate updates to clients and the sales team
