About the Role:
We are looking for a Sales & Case Coordinator to support our immigration services team, with a focus on Hungarian residency processes. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication, coordinating documentation, and ensuring smooth case progression in collaboration with legal teams and consulates. Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with clients in Russian and English (written and spoken)
• Manage client communication throughout the process, ensuring clarity and responsiveness
• Collect, verify, and organize client documentation in line with legal requirements
• Coordinate closely with internal legal teams to ensure smooth case progression
• Schedule and manage client appointments with Hungarian embassies and consulates
