Job Description

• Promote and sell computer and IT products by explaining features and benefits to customers
• Demonstrate product functionality and technical specifications
• Troubleshoot and repair laptops or other IT equipment
• Perform hardware set-up, software installation, and configuration
• Assist customers with technical concerns and provide proper solutions
• Maintain good customer relationships and ensure excellent service

Qualifications

• Open to IT graduates, vocational course graduates, or High School graduates
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• NC II – Computer Hardware Servicing (preferred but not required)
• With at least 6 months to 1 year experience in sales, customer service, or technical support (advantage but not required)
