Position Overview

Reference: 11191 MB Consultant: Marié Bosman Job Description Support the sales team by processing customer orders and assisting with client enquiries. Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and timeously. Follow up on orders and ensure products are delivered as promised. Act as a liaison between clients, sales, dispatch, and finance teams. Prepare daily invoicing reports and maintain accurate records. Process credit notes, re‑invoicing, and order amendments where required. Capture product information, lot numbers, and weights accurately. Scan and file invoices, proof of delivery (PODs), and related documentation. Ensure invoicing accuracy on Pastel and maintain administrative records. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients. Qualifications Matric (Grade 12). Relevant administration, invoicing, or sales support qualification will be advantageous.
