Job Description

  • Support the sales team by processing customer orders and assisting with client enquiries.
  • Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and timeously.
  • Follow up on orders and ensure products are delivered as promised.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, sales, dispatch, and finance teams.
  • Prepare daily invoicing reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Process credit notes, re‑invoicing, and order amendments where required.
  • Capture product information, lot numbers, and weights accurately.
  • Scan and file invoices, proof of delivery (PODs), and related documentation.
  • Ensure invoicing accuracy on Pastel and maintain administrative records.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
