**Sales Contracts**

+ Discusses contract issue(s) and deliverable with Sales Associate. Tracks contract issue metrics. Identifies trends and discusses with Sales Management for underperformance discussion with Sales Associate.
+ Runs reports to identify Pre-Need past due payments. Forwards report to Sales Management for cascade to Sales Associate.
+ Reconciles pending property payments against contract and contract revisions; revenue is recognized when 75% paid.

**Memorial Products**

+ Monitors in-progress manufacturing and confirms delivery. Updates Sales Associate upon installation.
