Position Overview
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to help customers make informed decisions
- Handle transactions at the cash register, including cash, card, and returns
- Restock shelves and maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Assist in receiving and processing stock deliveries
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets
- Handle customer complaints and queries efficiently and politely
- Follow store policies and procedures, including loss prevention
- Work collaboratively with team members and contribute to a positive team environment
