Job Summary The Sales Assistant plays a critical role in supporting sales teams by managing booking processes, opportunity tracking, contract coordination, and administrative tasks. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of sales operations while maintaining strong coordination across internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Booking Support Generate complete booking authorization packages Ensure all booking documentation is properly uploaded into S Prepare booking request forms with all required documents and submit for official processing BFO Management Create and maintain new BFO opportunities Coordinate and manage support requests (estimating, contract admin review, legal, system architecture, etc.) Manage and generate quote links Track partner channel opportunities and ensure proper tagging (e.g., “#NSA” in notes) Update opportunity records, including status, notes, and activities Log meetings and maintain accurate documentation within opportunities Update ...
