Position Overview
- Missed payments for the policy by the client is a biggest problem, that cause policy to lapse and require a lot of work from the Insurance agency side.
- Missing documents. Keeping track of the documents of their clients.
- Understand and communicate about the Insurance Policy changes.
- Automating requoting every client renewal to find any other competitive plans. (This can be done with the help of Agentic AI at a later stage).
