Sales Administrator

Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Sales Administrator to join our Sales & Commerce team.

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur within the Sales & Commerce Department, the Sales Administrator supports the Director of Commercial Strategy and provides administrative assistance to the department as required. The Sales Administrator reports to the Director of Commercial Strategy.

Responsibilities

• Handle administrative and secretarial functions of the Director of Commercial Strategy and the Sales & Commerce team.
• Learn and master all functions of Sales & Commerce systems.
• Prepare files and documents for periodic meetings chaired or attended by the Director of Commercial Strategy and the department.
• Handle communication with clients on behalf of sales personnel or in their absence.
