Capturing of orders received from different platforms (Email, WhatsApp, Supplier Portal)

Calling customers for orders

Invoicing & confirming of purchase orders daily

Processing of loading sheets for Dispatch Manager

Processing of a Bulk loading sheet for Pack station Manager

Processing & emailing of credits to customers

Checking invoices received back with a GRV/Stamp

Filing of invoices and credits

Completing cost per route daily

Batch listing of invoices daily

Report compilation on a daily, weekly and monthly basis on sales volumes, promotions & returns
