Position Overview
We are seeking an organised and detail‑focused Sales Administrator to join a small team based in Poole. This is a key support role within a B2B sales environment, working closely with the Sales Manager and wider team to ensure the smooth processing of orders, accurate sales administration, and excellent customer service.
The business operates internationally, primarily across the UK, EMEA, and some Middle East and Asian markets, supplying OEM customers. This role would suit someone with solid sales administration experience and an interest in working within a technical or manufacturing‑led environment.
Key Responsibilities
Processing customer orders accurately on the internal system
Sending order confirmations and ensuring all order documentation is correct
Setting up new customers within the CRM system
Providing basic quotations using established price lists
Responding to sales enquiries and supporting the Sales Manager when they are out of the office
