Position Overview

The role of a sales administrator is to deal with incoming customer enquiries and assisting the sales force with daily sales administration activities.

Principal duties and responsibilities Processing quotes for Sales Reps and Internal sales. Capturing Sales Orders. Invoicing of orders. Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives. Taking phone calls from customers and sales reps. Assisting and resolving all customer and sales representatives’ enquiries. Communicating internally important feedback from customers and sales reps. Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service (Internal and External Customers). Assistance with Tender preparation, reports & proposals.
