Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Sales Operations Support

• Process and validate sales orders, SAF forms, and booking requests accurately and in a

timely manner.

• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Product teams to ensure correct fulfilment and

billing alignment.

• Maintain updated records of customer contracts, renewals, addendums, and terminations.

• Support Account Managers, Virtual Account Managers, Inside Sales Specialists, and Channel

Managers with quotation preparation, approvals, and internal form submissions.

Data & Reporting

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data in CRM (Zoho) and related sales systems.

• Prepare and consolidate weekly and monthly sales reports, dashboards, and pipeline

trackers for management.

• Prepare, validate, and maintain commission reports and supporting documentation for the

MyPartner Program (MPP), Channel Partners,...
