Job Description
Primarily responsible for the efficient and effective supervision of the Sales Admin personnel, administration of vehicle inventory and dealership LTO registration and monitoring of prospects’ and customers’ data / records.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Facilitates regular vehicle inventory of stock units in coordination with the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) unit
- Administers the ordering of the vehicles for the assigned company from plant/manufacturer as instructed by the Immediate Head
- Monitors the available units and the actual units released from the stockyard in coordination with PDI unit
- Monitors and reviews the reservation list for vehicle release submitted by the Sales Admin Assistant
- Monitors the timely processing of Land Transportation Office (LTO) procedural and documentation requirements for brand new vehicle sales and vehicle renewal on the assigned company units
