Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Sales & Marketing team in daily sales administration and coordination work
  • Handle customer enquiries, orders, and follow up on sales-related documentation
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and sales reports
  • Maintain and update customer database and sales records accurately
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Follow up on payment status and assist in credit control coordination
  • Support sales team in client communication and scheduling of meetings or visits
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, product information, and marketing materials
  • Monitor stock availability and coordinate order planning with relevant departments
  • Ensure all sales documentation is properly filed and updated for audit and reference
