Job Description

Respond to customer inquiries, understand customer needs and recommend products, send quotations, explain installation service, follow up interested customers and close sales, record customer details and order progress, coordinate with after-sales, installation, and supervisor for proper handover. Demonstrated negotiation, sales support, sales training, sales management, creative problem solving, relationship building, and communication skills are required.
