Job Description
Provide support to the company's sales department.
- Provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer requests, selecting appropriate information, forwarding information and answering questions.
- Take orders and inquiries via phone, email and other messaging platforms on assigned accounts.
- Assist customers with their inquiries and orders.
- Encode orders for pick-up in Oracle for a limited number of items.
- Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
- College graduate of any business course.
- Preferably with one (1) year of working experience in the related field.
Sales Experience Is an Advantage But Not Required
- Proficient in MS Office Applications.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
