We are working in partnership with a well‑established secondary school in Radstock to recruit a Salaried Trainee Mathematics Teacher to join our employment‑based teacher training programme starting in September 2026.

This is a paid, school‑based route into teaching, designed for graduates or career changers who want to gain Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) while working in the classroom from day one.

The role:

As a salaried trainee, you will teach Maths across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Years 7 to 11) , working towards GCSE level as part of a 12‑month employed teacher training programme .

You will join the school as a valued member of staff from the outset, developing your classroom practice through a rigorous, carefully sequenced training programme led by Equalitas , a DfE‑accredited teacher training provider with subject expertise at its core.
