Responsibilities & Duties:
Provides coaching and subject matter expertise to the site’s management and employees in all matters related to H&S including all potential losses.
Performs as an integral member of the site’s management team and leads the site in the execution of H&S strategy.
Promotes Continuous Improvement Culture and Cross Functional Teams.
Assists with the oversight of the site’s H&S management system, processes and programs to ensure continuous improvement as well as regulatory and company compliance.
Continually engages employees to ensure the desired H&S behaviors are being demonstrated at all levels of the organization.
Assists with minimizing losses including, but not limited to, assists with managing workers’ compensation claims, property damage, business interruption, and unexpected costs.
