ASI is a well-established, home services company looking for our next class of Plumbing Safety Inspection Trainees. This is a paid, hands-on training program built for people who are good with people, not necessarily people who already know plumbing. If you've got a knack for earning someone's trust, explaining things clearly, and consultative sales, we'll teach you the technical side from the ground up.

This role is built around soft skills first, technical skills second. We're looking for people who:

• Communicate clearly and listen well. You ask good questions, you explain things in plain language, and you don't talk over people.
