Position Overview
Responsibilities - Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws, municipality regulations, and authority requirements, including Dubai Municipality and OSHA standards where applicable.
- Conduct and review risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and method statements.
- Ensure all high‑risk activities such as lifting, working at height, and confined space are properly controlled.
- Develop and conduct safety training programs, toolbox talks, and inductions for employees and subcontractors.
- Lead and manage a team of safety officers and supervisors.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans and evacuation procedures.
- Identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare detailed reports and maintain records as per legal requirements.
