Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for the maintenance and continuous improvement of safety programs, policies, and proceduresSupport and maintain safety information systems and document control across safety platforms, including incident, inspection, and compliance records Support the maintenance and tracking of training and competency recordsCoordinate safety‑related purchasing and inventory activities in accordance with established systems and processesMaintain inventory of safety equipment, drug and alcohol program materials, and other safety supplies; monitor usage and coordinate replenishment Provide support in organizing and promoting safety initiatives, programs, and awareness activities within the organizationPerform additional duties as assignedQualifications & Experience
